My name is Jeff and I have loved sports my whole life.  From playing baseball and basketball as a kid, playing volleyball as an adult to coaching various sports throughout the years.  These roles have taught me that playing and coaching is so much more than the game itself.  Sports teaches you so much about patience, humility, hard work and life itself.
